Who will lead your organization ten years from now? Identifying and grooming your high-potential employees - your emerging leaders - is essential for creating a culture where the best and brightest seek employment and stay for longer periods of time. Not only is this critical to your succession planning but can be the advantage you are seeking for your business.
Currently under development in conjunction with Key Coaching & Consulting specifically for the emerging leader-manager, this six-month program is designed to evaluate the current level of managerial and leadership abilities of individuals using a variety of core and advanced modules. The program effectiveness is rooted in a combination of workshops and individual coaching which will increase engagement, develop skills, and enhance the performance of the program participants.
Personalized assessments are initially used to build the self-awareness that is necessary for skill enhancement and leadership development. Once primary strengths and weaknesses are identified, a growth-oriented action plan aimed at leveraging strengths and targeting weaknesses is co-created. This action plan is then implemented over the course of six months during which time the individual is engaging in weekly coaching sessions which provide structure, accountability, and new learning.
The client completes the program with a deeper understanding of their leadership style and the ability to apply a wide variety of skills necessary to effectively lead and manage a team.
